The service

Heritage ParentMind is currently a free service that reads your child's school emails, with your permission, and sends you a daily summary on Telegram. Pricing may change with notice. It is operated by ANA PlayLabs and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Heritage School.

What you agree to

• You are a parent or guardian authorised to access the email account you connect.
• You grant us read-only access to that account's emails, solely to build your digest.
• You will not use the service for anything unlawful or to access an account that is not yours.

What we provide

We aim to deliver accurate, timely digests, but summaries are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. Always confirm important dates and instructions with the school directly. The service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or pause at any time.

Stopping the service

You can disconnect and delete your data at any time from the dashboard link in your Telegram welcome message. See our Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.
