What is Heritage ParentMind?

Heritage ParentMind is a service that reads your child's school emails and delivers a daily digest to you on Telegram. It is operated by Anshul Agarwal and is not affiliated with Heritage School.

What data we collect

• Your name and your child's name, class, and section
• The Gmail address you connect
• A Google OAuth refresh token to read school emails on your behalf
• Your Telegram chat ID to send you messages

How we use your data

• We use the Gmail access token to read emails from your school only. We do not read personal emails.
• Emails are processed to generate a summary and are never stored.
• Your Telegram chat ID is used solely to deliver your digest.
• We do not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the website is used (for example, how many people complete signup). This collects anonymous usage data such as page visits and device type. It is never linked to your child's school emails.

Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your dashboard.

How to delete your data

Open the personal dashboard link from your Telegram welcome message and tap "Disconnect and stop all messages". This permanently deletes all your data from our systems.
